Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Mirsaid Zakhidov, Deputy Chairman of the Uzcharmsanoat Association, held talks with representatives of Gaffluence Company, one of China’s leading footwear manufacturers.
During the meeting, the Chinese side presented a well-thought-out strategy for entering Uzbekistan’s leather and footwear market.
At the initial stage, the company plans to establish cooperation with local enterprises on an outsourcing basis, while introducing its own technologies and production standards.
This approach will enable Uzbek producers to gain valuable hands-on experience and enhance their professional competencies.
The next step involves setting up Gaffluence’s own production facility in Uzbekistan, which will help attract investment, introduce modern manufacturing capabilities, and create new jobs.
