Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — S7 Airlines has resumed direct flights between Moscow and Urgench as of 15 September. The airline reported this.

The company said it continues to restore its flight programme to cities in Uzbekistan and relaunched direct air service between the two cities on 15 September.

Flights will operate twice a week on Airbus A320 aircraft, with a flight time of approximately three and a half hours.

Flights from Moscow are scheduled for Tuesdays and Saturdays at 22:20, arriving in Urgench at 03:50 the following day. Return flights from Urgench will depart on Wednesdays and Sundays at 05:05, arriving in Moscow at 06:50.

The airline said the resumption of direct flights from Moscow will restore convenient air connectivity with an important tourist and cultural region of Uzbekistan.
