Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — In the first nine months of 2025, large enterprises in Uzbekistan produced 1,800 tons of butter, the National Statistical Committee reports.
Compared to the same period in 2024, production increased by 13.6%.
For comparison, in January–September 2023, output amounted to 900 tons, and in 2024 it reached 1,600 tons, demonstrating steady growth in the sector in recent years.
