Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — The Agency for the Management of State Assets has extended the deadline for the competition to sell 100% of the state’s stake in the charter capital of Avto Climate Control LLC.
The extension is due to requests from potential bidders for more time to conduct a deeper analysis of the company’s financial and operational activities in preparation for binding commercial proposals. The decision was also made based on recommendations from the privatization consultant, Portfolio Investments.
The deadline for submitting binding offers (BO) has now been extended until 18:00 (Tashkent time) on 30 December 2024.
To ensure a competitive environment, the consultant will continue actively engaging new potential investors in the privatization process. Expressions of Interest (EOI) for acquiring the asset will also be accepted.
Avto Climate Control, founded in 2010, manufactures heating and cooling systems for vehicles and has a charter capital of 12.59 billion soums.
