Anorbank Launches First Bond Issue Worth 50 Billion Soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Anorbank has registered its first bond issuance intended for public placement on the Tashkent Stock Exchange, with a total volume of 50 billion soums.
The decision to issue the securities was approved by the bank’s supervisory board on March 5, 2026, with a quorum of 78%. The registration of the issuance took place on April 27, 2026.
According to the approved parameters, the bonds carry a coupon yield of 22% per annum. The maturity period of the securities is 1,080 days.
The total issuance comprises 500,000 bonds, each with a nominal value of 100,000 soums.
