Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — On 27 January 2025, Anor Bank acquired buildings located at 21 Istiklol Street, Tashkent, for 254.6 billion soums. These buildings were previously owned by NEFT GAZ BINO INSHOAT LLC, a subsidiary of Uzbekneftegaz.
Additionally, under an agreement dated 10 January 2025, Anor Bank purchased a building at 85A Shahrisabz Street, formerly owned by Uztransgaz, for 185 billion soums.
This transaction comes amid the gradual relocation of ministries and government agencies to New Tashkent, where construction is underway for temporary administrative buildings, including four prefabricated structures and auxiliary facilities.
