Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Ilkhom Idirov has been appointed head of the Traffic Safety Department of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Tashkent.
The relevant decision was adopted by the Tashkent City Council of People’s Deputies, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan said.
Previously, Idirov headed the Traffic Safety Department of the Kashkadarya Regional Department of Internal Affairs and later the corresponding department in Syrdarya region.
He also held senior positions at the central office of the Traffic Safety Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Idirov replaces Muhammad Adilov as head of the Traffic Safety Department of the Tashkent Main Department of Internal Affairs.
