Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- The Republican Center for Seismic Predictive Monitoring of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that an earthquake occurred on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan on 26 November 2022 at 21:52 local time.

Epicenter was in Kattakurgan district of Samarkand region. Earthquake coordinates: 40.24 degrees north latitude; 66.31 degrees East. Magnitude M=3.8. Depth 15 km. The distance from the epicenter to Tashkent is 270 km in a southwestern direction.
