All legal entities are allowed to provide commercial services through the SPIPS

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- All legal entities were allowed to provide commercial services through the Single Portal of Interactive Public Services (SPIPS).

On 9 November, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a decree "On measures to simplify state regulation of business activities."

The document notes that all legal entities, regardless of their form of ownership, are allowed to provide commercial services through the Single Portal of Interactive Public Services, subject to information security requirements.

At the same time, the procedure for the provision of non-state services through the Single Portal of Interactive Public Services is determined by the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications and the legal entity providing the service.
