Uzbekistan Communication Services Reach 51.9 Trillion Soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — The volume of communication and information services in Uzbekistan reached 51.9 trillion soums in January–June 2026, an increase of 22.1 percent compared with the same period last year, the National Statistics Committee reported.

Computer programming services accounted for the largest share, reaching 25.1 trillion soums over the six-month period.

The volume of telecommunication services stood at 14 trillion soums, while information services totaled 8.6 trillion soums.

Other communication and information services accounted for 4.3 trillion soums during the reporting period.
