Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbek startup Delever, which develops a B2B SaaS platform for managing orders and deliveries for restaurants and retailers, has raised US$380,000 in investment.
The round was led by venture fund AloqaVentures, which invested US$300,000, while Nexus Club contributed another US$80,000.
The investment marks AloqaVentures’ second commitment to the company. The fund first invested in Delever in 2024. Davron Parmonov, a partner at AloqaVentures and Nexus Angel Club, said the fund had initially invested US$100,000 at the pre-seed stage.
According to Parmonov, the team quickly reached break-even and demonstrated growth across seven countries. The fund is now making an additional follow-on investment as Delever plans to capture these markets and scale up aggressively. He described the team as capable of both developing and selling its product.
Delever brings together tools required by businesses that offer delivery services, including order acceptance across all sales channels, integrations with delivery aggregators and cash register systems, as well as delivery and courier management.
More than 1,400 restaurants and stores in seven countries currently use the platform, primarily in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.
The company plans to use the new funding to develop its product, expand its functionality and enter additional markets.
Delever co-founder and CEO Fakhriddin Yusupov said restaurants offering delivery did not need a dozen separate services but rather a single integrated system. He added that AloqaVentures’ decision to reinvest was more significant to the company than the amount raised, as the fund had first-hand knowledge of the business before committing additional capital.
Delever describes its platform as an operating system for restaurants and retailers with delivery services, bringing sales channels, orders, aggregators and delivery management together in one interface.
The company is a resident of IT Park Uzbekistan and a participant in Astana Hub, while Delever Ltd. is registered with the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) in Kazakhstan.
