Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — A 36-year-old woman was struck and killed by a passenger train in Tashkent.
According to Millar, the incident occurred on the railway line between the Saar and Nurkhaayot stations.
Emergency medical services and law enforcement arrived at the scene. The victim received first aid on-site and was then taken to the hospital for emergency surgery. Despite the doctors’ efforts, she passed away a few days later in the hospital.
It is reported that the deceased left behind three children.
