Water reservoir constructed in Samarkand region

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A water reservoir Kamongaron with the cost of over 17.884 billion soums was constructed in Urgut district of Samarkand region.

The capacity of the reservoir makes up 1.6 million cubic meters of water. The reservoir is located at 16 hectares. The water to the reservoir comes from mountain rivers, springs and mudflow.

The water reservoir will improve land-reclamation state of 100 hectares land.
