Uzbekistan’s leader congratulates Lithuanian President

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov has sent a greeting letter to President of the Republic of Lithuania Dalia Gribauskaite on the occasion of national holiday – Day of Restoration of Lithuania’s Independence.

In his message, Islam Karimov expressed conviction that the Uzbek-Lithuanian relations built on principles of traditional friendship and mutual understanding will keep advancing on successfully to meet the interests of our two nations.
