Uzbekistan’s Competition Development Committee Approves Acquisition of AU Financial Investment Team

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — The Competition Development Committee of Uzbekistan has approved the acquisition of a 100% stake in AU Financial Investment Team LLC by Health and Education Group.

According to the materials, Health and Education Group operates in the field of business consulting and management services, while AU Financial Investment Team specializes in the rental and management of apartment buildings and residential properties.

An analysis conducted by the Committee’s Special Commission concluded that the transaction will not affect the competitive environment in the relevant markets.

As a result, the regulator has granted approval for the completion of the acquisition.
