Uzbekistan women's team wins five medals at U20 Asian Championship

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — The women's national wrestling team of Uzbekistan has won five medals at the U20 Asian Wrestling Championship, which continues in Thailand.

Based on the results of the competitions, the Uzbekistani athletes claimed one gold, one silver, and three bronze awards.

Muhayyo Narzilloeva became the Asian champion in the under-65 kg weight category.

The silver medal in the under-50 kg weight category was won by Shohista Shonazarova.

The bronze medalists of the tournament were Feruza Kayratdinova (under-62 kg), Muhayyo Rakhimzhonova (under-68 kg), and Sevinchoy Polvonova (under-76 kg).

The U20 Asian Wrestling Championship continues in Thailand.
