Uzbekistan wins second medal at Rio Olympic Games

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan national team clinched the second medal at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil).

Judoka Rishod Sobirov won the second bronze medal for Uzbekistan at the Rio Olympic Games in the weight category of 66 kg. He defeated Adrian Gomboc from Slovenia in the bout for third place.

Rishod Sobirov won his third bronze medal at the Olympic Games. He also won bronze medals in 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and 2012 London Olympic Games.

Earlier, judoka Diyorbek Urozboev won the bronze medal in the weight category of up to 60 kg.
