Uzbekistan to strengthen control over the illegal import of electrical engineering

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - Uzbekistan plans to strengthen measures to prevent gray imports of electrical engineering.

The President of Uzbekistan signed a resolution “On additional measures to create favorable conditions for the further development of the electrical industry and increase the investment and export potential of the industry.”

According to the document, Uzbekistan will improve the mechanisms for preventing the "gray" import of electrical engineering.

The head of Uzbekistan instructed the State Customs and Taxation Committees to analyze the facts of the illegal import of electrical and electrical products into the republic and the factors contributing to their occurrence.

They are also tasked to develop and implement a program of measures to improve the mechanisms for preventing the illegal import of electrical engineering.
