Uzbekistan Records 34,300 Escrow Transactions in July

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan processed 34,341 real estate and vehicle purchase transactions through escrow accounts in July 2026, the Central Bank said.

Of the total, 18,306 transactions, or 53.3%, involved vehicles, while 16,035 transactions, or 46.7%, involved real estate. Another 1,096 transactions are currently under review.

Tashkent recorded the highest level of activity during the month, with 9,674 transactions, accounting for 28.1% of the national total.

Among the regions, the largest numbers of transactions were recorded in Ferghana Region with 3,401, Samarkand Region with 2,810, and Andijan Region with 2,567.
