Uzbekistan recives US$504m in remittances from Russia
Uzbekistan received US$504 million in remittances from Russian in the first half of 2007, UzReport.com reported.
The report said the country received US$178 million in the first quarter of 2007 and US$326 million in the second quarter.
The website said statistic data came from transactions of 18 remittance system, including Anelik, Blizko, Contact, Inter Express, Migom, Money Gram, Privat Money, Travelex Worldwide Money Ltd, Unistream and Western Union.
