Uzbekistan expresses concern over North Korea nuclear tests

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan perceived nuclear tests conducted by North Korea with concern, Jahon news agency of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan said.

The statement said that Uzbekistan perceived nuclear tests conducted by North Korea with concern, which is rude violation of the UN Security Council resolutions and is direct threat to security of the region and the world as a whole.

Uzbekistan resolutely calls Pyongyang listen to opinion of international community and refrain from provocative actions, which will lead to escalation of tension and hinder to establishment of peace and trust in Korean Peninsula, the statement said.
