Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- According to the State Statistics Committee, in January-July 2021, Uzbekistan exported grapes worth US$33.7 million to 40 foreign countries. About 35,000 tonnes of grapes were exported.

This figure decreased by 7,400 tonnes compared to the same period of last year.

In the last 7 months, Uzbekistan exported grapes to:

Russia – 8,600 tonnes

Kazakhstan – 7,700 tonnes

China – 4,900 tonnes

Kyrgyzstan – 3,000 tonnes

Turkey – 2,100 tonnes

For information, the regions to which the most grapes were exported in 7 months of 2021:

Samarkand region – 12,100 tonnes

Ferghana region – 7,700 tonnes

Tashkent region – 3,600 tonnes

Namangan region – 2,100 tonnes.
