Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — A delegation from Uzbekistan’s Migration Agency held talks in Seoul with the management of South Korean company HANPASS, which provides international money transfer services. The sides agreed to develop cooperation and create more convenient conditions for Uzbek citizens working in South Korea, the Migration Agency reported.
HANPASS provides international money transfer and other financial services. Its platform enables transfers to more than 200 countries, while the number of users of its services exceeds 1 million.
During the talks, representatives of the Migration Agency proposed making money transfers for Uzbek nationals in South Korea more convenient and secure, as well as developing favourable terms and special service packages for them.
The participants also discussed modern solutions in financial security. Particular attention was paid to technologies that help identify and prevent fraud in financial transactions.
Following the talks, the Migration Agency and HANPASS signed an agreement on developing cooperation.
