Uzbekistan Approves Rules for Digital Agri Portal

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan's Cabinet of Ministers has approved regulations governing the use of the Ministry of Agriculture's Unified Integration Platform, "Digital Agriculture" (Agri Portal). The relevant Resolution No. 381 was adopted on 13 July 2026.

The document sets out the operating procedures for the platform, which is designed to provide electronic government services to agricultural sector entities through a one-stop-shop system.

Under the approved regulations, the Agri Portal operator will be responsible for the platform's technical maintenance and uninterrupted operation, facilitating electronic data exchange between departmental information systems and databases, and overseeing the further development and improvement of the digital service.

Users will be able to access the platform's services by logging into agro.gov.uz through the OneID unified identification system.

Applications, their processing and responses to users will be handled through the Agri Portal or through the information systems of government agencies and private-sector organizations that provide the relevant electronic services.

Once a government service has been delivered, users will receive an electronic notification in their personal account on the platform containing a QR code confirming the result of the service provided.
