Uzbekistan annually to hold Festival of Wine
President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a decree “On Measures for basic improvement of the Wine Industry and sale of alcohol products”.
Uzbek leader instructed to implement the annual wine festival and the International Tasting Competition in the country with a wide attraction of diplomatic missions accredited in the country, foreign tourists, representatives of the wine industry of different countries, experts and specialists.
The President also instructed to regularly hold exhibitions in foreign countries-fairs of domestic wine production.
Uzsharobsanoat (Uzbek Vine Industry) was instructed to submit to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan a draft decision of the Government on holding a festival of wine and the International Tasting Contest in 2018 in Tashkent.
