Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Chairman of the Committee on Tourism of the Republic of Uzbekistan Umid Shadiev and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Hungary to Uzbekistan Jozsef Rozsa discussed issues of cooperation in the field of tourism.
Plans to expand cooperation in the tourism sector between the two countries were discussed at the meeting. The Hungarian side was also provided with detailed information on the results and priorities of large-scale reforms carried out in the tourism sector in Uzbekistan in recent years.
The parties noted the presence of all conditions and great opportunities for developing cooperation in the field of tourism.
As a result of the meeting, specific agreements were reached on attracting Hungarian investors to the tourism sector of Uzbekistan, actively promoting the tourism potential of our country in Hungary and increasing the flow of mutual tourists.
