Uzbek youth win five medals in International Math Olympiad

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Schoolchildren from Uzbekistan won five gold medals at Singapore International Math Olympiad Challenge, which was held in Singapore on 13-14 August.

Jahon news agency reported that some 780 schoolchildren from various parts of the world participated in the Olympiad.

Abdurakhim Aripov, Muhammadimin Rakhmonberdiev, Abdulla Gayratullaev, Marina Ten and Vladislav Galperin won the gold medals of the Olympiad.

Other representatives of Uzbekistan won silver, bronze medals and team prizes.
