Major Road Accident in Tashkent Involves Car and Police Escort Motorcycles

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — A road traffic accident involving a Chevrolet Onix passenger car and traffic police motorcycles escorting a motorcade occurred in Tashkent's Mirzo-Ulugbek district on 16 July.

According to preliminary information, the collision took place on Durmon Yuli Street. Videos from the scene have also circulated on social media.

Earlier, eyewitnesses reported that several vehicles were damaged in the crash, with one car catching fire and another sustaining severe damage. However, these reports have not yet been officially confirmed.
