Uzbek, South Korea airlines to build regional centre of logistics

The Uzbekiston Havo Yollari national airline set up a directorate to implement the project.

In mid May [2008], the largest South Korean airline - Korean Air and the Uzbekiston Havo Yollari national airline signed a memorandum of cooperation, which envisages expansion of partnership in developing new markets and infrastructure of logistics in Uzbekistan.

At the same time, the sides reached an agreement on building the largest centre of logistics at the airport in the town of Navoi.
