Uzbek President to pay visit to Turkmenistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov will pay an official visit to Turkmenistan on 23-24 October 2014 on invitation of the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

The press service of the President of Uzbekistan said that within the regular Uzbek-Turkmen dialogue at high level, it is planned to discuss development of bilateral relations, actual regional and international problems.

In the result of the visit, it is planned to sign a joint statement of two leaders and several documents, directed at further deepening cooperation in various areas.
