Uzbek President congratulates Pope Benedict XVI

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov has sent a greeting letter to Pope Benedict XVI on the Vatican’s public holiday – the Anniversary of His Holiness’s Election.
