Uzbek FM receives South Korean MP

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov received a delegation led by chairperson of the Foreign Affairs and Unification Committee of the National Assembly of South Korea Hong Joon Ahn on 23 July 2013.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan said that the sides discussed current affairs and perspectives of bilateral relations in various spheres of cooperation.

The special attention was paid to issues on further expanding inter-parliamentary exchanges in context of development of the Uzbek-South Korean multilateral dialogue.

The sides also exchanged opinion on actual international and regional issues.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea to Uzbekistan Lee Wook-heon participated at the meeting.
