Uzbek film wins awards in Moscow Cinema Festival

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A film “Magical hat” of the director Sarvar Karimov, which was shot on order of Uzbekfilm, received two awards of the Moscow Cinema Festival “Fairy Tale”.

The film received Crystal Key awards in nomination “For humor in fairy tale” and “The best male role”. Hero of the film Bunyod Rakhmatullaev won the award for “The best male role”.

Sarvar Karimov shot the film in 2012 on order of Uzbekkino. The film was shot based on novel of famous children writer Hudoyberdi Tuhtaboev “On back of yellow div”. Div is an mythological creature, evil spirit.

It is worth to mention that Sarvar Karimov is working on shooting of the second part of the film. The film is shot on order of Uzbekkino.

The Moscow Cinema Festival “Fairy Tale” is organized annually and it shows Russian and foreign films, shot for children.
