Saida Mirziyoyeva Attends Play, Honors Yodgor Sadiev

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Saida Mirziyoyeva, Head of the Presidential Administration of Uzbekistan, visited the Uzbek National Academic Drama Theatre, where she attended the new production “Adolat fasli” (“Season of Justice”).

The historical play depicts dramatic events from a single day in the life of the great statesman and military commander Amir Temur (Sahibqiran).

According to Mirziyoyeva, the theatre’s creative team succeeded in portraying not only a legendary ruler but, above all, a person of extraordinary strength of character and unwavering determination.

The leading role in the historical drama was performed by People’s Artist of Uzbekistan Yodgor Sadiev. The actor was recently awarded the Order of Outstanding Merit for his long-standing contribution to the development of Uzbekistan’s culture.

Mirziyoyeva warmly congratulated the distinguished artist on receiving the state award and on his 80th birthday.

She highly praised the artistic quality of the production and the professionalism of its creative team.

Mirziyoyeva noted the strong emotional connection between the audience and the events unfolding on stage, highlighting the significant creative potential of Uzbekistan’s national theatre and expressing appreciation to those who have dedicated their lives to preserving and developing the country’s cultural heritage.
