Uzbek envoy hands over credentials to Czech President

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to the Czech Republic (with the residence in Berlin) Durbek Amanov handed over credentials to the Czech President Miloš Zeman on 28 January 2014.

During the meeting after the ceremony, the sides considered issues of further developing bilateral relations between two nations, Jahon news agency reported.

The Czech leader underlined interest of the Czech Republic to boost cooperation with Uzbekistan in politics, trade-economic, investment, tourism and cultural-humanitarian spheres.

At the end of the meeting, Miloš Zeman expressed his frank wishes of success and prosperity to leadership and people of Uzbekistan.
