Uzbek defence delegation due on Wednesday

A six-member defence delegation from Uzbekistan, led by Uzbek Defence Minister Ruslan Mirzaev, would arrive in Islamabad on Wednesday on three-day official visit to Pakistan.

The Uzbek Defence Minister during his stay would hold meetings with his Pakistani counterpart Rao Sikandar Iqbal and Minister for Defence Production Habibullah Warraich.

The visit will help further cement the bilateral ties especially in the field of defence and defence production.
