Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In January-October 2020, 1,255 new enterprises and organizations were created in the field of health and social services.

As of 1 November 2020, the total number of operating enterprises and organizations in this area reached 8,953, the press service of the State Statistics Committee reports.

In the context of regions, the largest number of newly created enterprises and organizations during this period was in Tashkent city - 244 (19.4% of the total number), Andijan region - 127 (10.1%), Ferghana region - 126 (10.0% ) and Tashkent region - 106 (8.5%).
