Shareholders of Ammofos-Maxam adopt decision to pay dividends

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Shareholders of Ammofos-Maxam open joint stock company directed 70% of its 2009 net income for payment of dividends, the company’s statement said.

As earlier reported, the net income of the company made up 869.979 million soums in 2009. In line with the decision of the shareholders, the company will direct 608.985 million soums to payment of dividends. The dividend per share makes up 880.66 soums.

The company will direct 5% of net income or 43.499 million soums to reserve fund and 23% or 200.095 million soums to development of production.

Shareholders also decided to send 8.7 million soums to Fund on Modernization and New Technologies and the same sum to Fund on Labour Protection and Security.
