SCO observers arrive in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Central Election Commission of Uzbekistan hosted a meeting with a mission of the observers from the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).

The mission includes representatives of Russia, Kazakhstan, China and Tajikistan. The mission is led by Deputy Secretary-General of the SCO Mahmadsharif Haqdodov.

The CEC issued mandates to the members of the mission, which will allow them to participate in events related to elections and stay in polling stations.
