Russian CEC to send observers to parliamentary elections in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Central Election Commission (CEC) of Russia will send observers to parliamentary elections in Uzbekistan, the press service of the Russian election body said.

The CEC of Russia formed groups of observes to parliamentary elections in Uzbekistan within the delegations of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, CIS and on bilateral bases in line with the invitation of the Uzbek colleagues, the Russian CEC noted.

The parliamentary elections in Uzbekistan will take place on 21 December 2014.
