Russia proposes creating an independent payment and settlement mechanism for the SCO

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin proposed creating an independent payment and settlement mechanism for the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).

“Citizens and businesses must be reliably protected in the face of increased competition and unrest, protectionist measures and illegal sanctions that lead to supply chain disruption,” Mishustin said.
