Ipak Yuli Bank Appoints New Board Chairman

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Ipak Yuli Bank announced on 26 May the appointment of a new chairman of its management board. Umidjon Khakimov has been appointed to the position, bringing more than 25 years of experience in banking and cooperation with international financial institutions.

Khakimov replaces Saidabror Saidakhammedov, who has led the bank since 2018.

It is noted that Saidakhammedov is stepping down from the post in order to continue working at the bank in a new capacity.

Professional experience of the new chairman

Between 2011 and 2021, Umidjon Khakimov served as deputy chairman of Asia Alliance Bank. From 2021 to 2023, he headed the bank as chairman of the management board.

Since April 2026, Khakimov had been serving as deputy chairman of Ipak Yuli Bank, after which he was appointed chairman of the management board.
