Ruslan Nurudinov suspended for doping

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Weightlifter Ruslan Nurudinov of Uzbekistan is among five weightlifters who received provisional suspensions after 2012 doping results were retested.

The IWF reported that as a consequence of the International Olympic Committee’s re-analysis program in connection with the 2012 London Olympic Games, the urine sample of the Uzbek athlete has returned Adverse Analytical Findings.

Doping tests found Dehydrochloromethyltestosterone (S1.1 Anabolic Agents) in Ruslan Nurudinov’s urine sample.

In line with the respective rules the IWF imposed mandatory provisional suspensions on the athlete.
