IT Park Ventures Invests in Uzbek Utility Startup DOMO

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — IT Park Ventures announced an investment of US$100,000 in DOMO, an Uzbek digital platform for utility payment processing and management, according to company statements made at the Silk Road Finance & Technology Forum in Tashkent.

DOMO consolidates utility payments into a single digital platform, allowing users to pay bills, monitor consumption and expenses, manage multiple real estate properties, and configure automated recurring payments. The service also offers analytics tools for utility usage and expense management.

According to the company, DOMO has registered more than 2.3 million users. The platform's active audience includes 1.5 million monthly users and approximately 700,000 daily users.

DOMO plans to utilize the investment capital for product development and business scaling. Specific allocation targets include geographical expansion, sales growth, partner network extension, marketing initiatives, team expansion, and IT infrastructure enhancement.

IT Park Ventures Director Dalerkhon Nodirov highlighted DOMO's technology base and its potential for scaling across new sectors. Nodirov stated that the fund values DOMO's technical foundation and scalability, noting that the team is expanding into the HomeTech market segment.

DOMO founder Alisher Tojiyev stated that the partnership with IT Park Ventures will enable the platform to enhance service speed, convenience, and accessibility for a broader user base while expanding operational responsibilities.

IT Park Ventures noted that the funding deal represents a continuation of its investment strategy targeting technology ventures in Uzbekistan.
