Uzbekistan U-16 Defeated 6-4 by Indonesia in Jakarta Friendly

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — The Uzbekistan national U-16 football team lost 6-4 to Indonesia in the first of two planned friendly matches in Jakarta, according to local sports reports. The matches are being held as part of a training camp conducted under the direction of head coach Ayder Kurbayev.

During the high-scoring opening match, Uzbekistan conceded six goals while scoring four. Ramadhan Putra scored an own goal in favor of Uzbekistan, while Abdulla Kholmamatov, Kamoliddin Akbaraliyev, and Khojiakbar Zilfikorov scored the remaining goals for the Uzbek squad.

The second friendly match between the two youth teams is scheduled for 27 August 2026. Both fixtures carry official training-match status and are not broadcast live.
