Ogneshka FS Wins Red Bull Dance Your Style Uzbekistan Title
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Ogneshka FS will represent Uzbekistan at the Red Bull Dance Your Style World Final in Zurich after winning the national final of the international street dance competition in Tashkent on 16 August 2026, UzDaily.uz reported.
The national final took place at the Alisher Navoi State Academic Grand Theatre with support from Uzbekistan Creative Park. The event brought together 16 of the country's top dancers who qualified during an initial selection stage held in Tashkent on 14 August 2026.
Red Bull Dance Your Style features one-on-one dance battles where participants perform across various street dance styles, including hip-hop, popping, krump, and voguing. Dancers do not use prepared routines, instead improvising to randomly selected music tracks. Battle winners are chosen directly by the audience using red and blue voting cards rather than a panel of professional judges.
In the final battle of the national tournament, Ogneshka FS defeated runner-up Mavlena by audience vote to claim the title.
The victory secures Ogneshka FS a spot at the Red Bull Dance Your Style World Final, scheduled for October 2026 in Zurich, Switzerland. The international championship has been held since 2019, with the 2026 tournament spanning 57 countries.
