Ravnaq Bank to place shares for 6 billion soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Ravnaq Bank private open joint stock commercial bank will place additional emission of shares for 6 billion soums.

The Center for securities market of Uzbekistan registered prospectus of emission at the end of August 2010.

In line with the document, the bank will place 6 million shares with par value of 1,000 soums each.

The shares will be placed on open subscription among unlimited number of investors through signing agreements. The shares will be placed via organized and off-exchange market.
