President of Uzbekistan becomes acquainted with the construction of houses

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev became acquainted with the construction of houses in Khanka street of Urgench, Khorezm region.

Four nine-storey residential buildings with 54 apartments each are being built here. They are being built in a monolithic way, using energy-efficient building materials. Apartments will be rented. In the coming months, the houses will be commissioned, and the area will turn into a modern neighborhood.

The Head of the state visited residential complex showroom, inquired about the quality of furniture and utilities. He gave instructions to set up qualified maintenance of multi-storey buildings.

Information was provided on the planned construction and landscaping work in Khorezm region, in particular, the construction of a new building for Binary International University in Urgench, repair of highways, construction of bridges and improvement of public services.

Thereupon, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev’s trip to Khorezm region has ended.
