Poytaxt Bank Enters Regulatory Sandbox for Foreign Bonds

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — The National Agency for Perspective Projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan has registered Poytaxt Bank JSC as a participant in the "Regulatory Sandbox" special legal regime in the capital market sector.

Under the special legal regime, the bank plans to act as an issuer of bonds denominated in foreign currency.

The issuance, placement, circulation, and redemption of such bonds will be conducted in accordance with the Regulation "On the procedure for the issuance, placement, circulation, and redemption of bonds denominated in foreign currency within the framework of the 'Regulatory Sandbox' special legal regime in the capital market sector," registered under No. 3826 on 29 April 2026.
