Huawei Senior Vice President takes part in a round table meeting with the President of Uzbekistan in Xi’an
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- As previously reported, on 19 May, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a round table in Xi’an with the participation of leaders and representatives of large Chinese companies as part of the business program of the visit of a delegation from Uzbekistan to China.
Senior Vice President of Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. Mr. Wang Jianfeng attended the meeting as a company representative and shared Huawei’s views on expanding network access, green development, talent training and ecosystem partnership in Uzbekistan.
Huawei has been providing its services in Uzbekistan for 24 years, working closely with local network operators and ecosystem partners to bring value to the citizens of Uzbekistan through innovation, experience sharing, and talent support. The company supports the state’s desire to carry out digital transformation and introduce energy-saving technologies to achieve carbon neutrality in the country.

Wang Jianfeng and Director of Huawei in Uzbekistan Chen Jiakai visited the exhibition of Uzbek-Chinese cooperation held at the Xian International Exhibition Center, where projects implemented in Uzbekistan based on Huawei solutions for the energy sector, agriculture, as well as technologies for ubiquitous provision of communication throughout Uzbekistan.
